I can offer you a fresh approach to exercise. The programs we design together will provide you with the skills and motivation to reduce stress, increase flexibility, strengthen the body, and manage your weight.

e-Training
Stay motivated through our e-mail service! It's great for frequent travellers or clients who need to touch base for minor program revisions. One session of your personal training package, if you purchase 12 or more, will be facilitated via e-mail. Ask about our hourly rate for those not in a training package.

Lifestyle Coaching

These non-exercise sessions will focus on helping you develop a lifestyle plan. Our conversations together will concentrate on working out ways to help you reach your goals. We will work together to help you to:
  • Tolerate exercise induced discomfort by choosing the activity, intensity and duration that is right for you;
  • Look at your long term goals then break them down into do-able parts so that your exercise experience can be successful;
  • Talk about ways of keeping you on track and then write a contract to put those 'ways' on paper;
  • Track your performance both physically and emotionally;
  • Thrive at commitment;
  • Understand and avoid relapses by using positive self-talk, rest days and looking at the big picture;
  • Show you how to bounce back after a slip.
Cost: Sessions start from $70.00

Telephone Coaching
From the comfort of you home or wherever you happen to be, use these pre-arranged, pre-paid 20 to 30 minute phone calls to keep you on track.
Cost: $1.00 per minute pre-paid

  • Exercising too little? Add one extra minute to each exercise session.
  • Tired all the time? Go to bed one minute earlier, or stay in bed one minute later.
  • House untidy? Pick an area, set a time limit of five minutes and tidy up.
  • Spending too much? Remove one object from your shopping cart before heading to the cash register.
  • Stressed out? On a daily basis, note where your body is holding tension (neck? shoulders? jaw?)then take a deep breath.
